1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FastProxies.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

FastProxies.io provides proxy services including residential, datacenter, and mobile proxies. Access is provided on a pay-per-GB basis. Purchased bandwidth does not expire.

3. Account Requirements

You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any illegal activity, including but not limited to: unauthorized access to computer systems, distribution of malware, phishing, spamming, or any activity that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without refund.

5. Payment & Refunds

All purchases require a valid payment method. Payments are processed via Stripe or NOWPayments. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase for unused bandwidth. Partially used bandwidth is non-refundable.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for damages arising from service outages, slowdowns, or IP blocks by third-party websites.

7. Limitation of Liability

FastProxies.io is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
